Field technician Wesley Weatherbee joins colleagues from Saint Mary's University for an afternoon of digging.
Note taking is a constant activity for Director of the Fort Saint Louis project, Nova Scotia Museum Curator of Archaeology, Katie Cottreau-Robins.
New participants in the public program joined us this morning. They made participation in the dig a part of a larger summer visit to the South Shore region.
CCH MATCH Lori Churchill has played an important role this week during the public dig. Over 50 shifts were filled and Lori was key to the successful coordination. Here she visits the "Historian's Pit" with Martin Hubley of the Nova Scotia Museum and Tom Peace of Huron College.
