At this meeting will be reports on the prior year, the election of directors, financial review, changes to the by-laws and other presentations.
The meeting is open to the public, but only members may ask questions or actively participate in the meeting.
There will be registration at the entrance. Members, please bring your Nova Scotia government ID or a photo ID, such as a passport, and proof of address (utilities bill showing name and address).
Non-members will also be asked to sign in and provide ID.
