Deborah Searle is the Waste Reduction & Safety Coordinator for Pictou County Solid Waste. With over 21 years in the industry, she is the President of the Waste Resource Association of Nova Scotia and a board member of the Atlantic Canada Chapter of SWANA. Deborah is dedicated to making communities cleaner and greener.
