Holiday Hours across the Nova Scotia Museum

We want to ensure you have all the information you need to plan your holiday museum visits.  Each site within our museum family will be operating on special hours during the holiday season, so please take a moment to check the schedule before embarking on your visit.

Museum of Natural History

Open December 27 to 31 from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.    

Closed December 24 to 26 and January 1. 

Maritime Museum of the Atlantic 

Free admission on the weekends until the end of December. 

Closed December 24 to 26 and January 1. 

Firefighters’ Museum of Nova Scotia

Closing December 22 at 12 pm and reopening January 8 

Museum of Industry 

Open December 27 to 31 from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.  

Closed December 24 to 26 and January 1. 

Ross Farm Museum 

Closed December 19 to January 3. Reopening January 4. 

Fundy Geological Museum 

Closing December 22 at 1 pm. Reopening January 2. 

Black Loyalist Heritage Centre

Closing December 21 at 12 pm. Reopening January 2.
